Marina Fest
Saturday, September 4, 2010

Fall Fest - 65th Anniversary!
Friday through Sunday, October 15 – 17, 2010

The “Granddaddy” of all Door County festivals, 2010 will mark the 65th annual Fall Fest in Sister Bay.  What began as a celebration and reward for the Door County tourist workers after a busy tourist season has evolved into one of the largest weekend celebrations on the peninsula!  A parade, arts & crafts fair, food booths, live entertainment, and children’s activities make this a “must-do” weekend, but the real fun lies in one of the Fest’s oldest traditions – the famed Ping-Pong Ball Drop.  An astonishing 10,000 Ping-Pong balls are dropped from the sky on Sunday afternoon, with a one in ten chance of winning a prize from a participating Sister Bay business!

Capture the Spirit
Friday, November 26, 2010

What better way to prepare for the hustle and bustle of the holiday season than to spend your weekend in Sister Bay?  The cozy little village lights up for the holidays with special decorations and trolley rides throughout downtown Sister Bay with a tree lighting, caroling, visits from Father Christmas, warming refreshments, live Holiday music from the local Gibraltar High School chorus, and an art fair in the Sister Bay Village Hall.  Capture the Spirit continues through Saturdays in December with extended shopping hours in participating Sister Bay retail shops.
